Identified by: F1 plan compliance audit (oracle)

SECURITY FIX: The analyze endpoint was using stdlib xml.etree.ElementTree
which is vulnerable to XXE/DTD attacks. Replaced with defusedxml parser
that blocks external entities, DTD processing, and entity expansion bombs.

Changes:
- backend/app/dmarc/service.py: Import defusedxml.ElementTree instead of xml.etree.ElementTree
- Verified all 28 tests still pass with hardened parser

Addresses F1 audit finding: 'No XML parsing with external entities/DTD enabled' guardrail violation
